KarkaTamizh Game
In our endeavour to create this innovative language and culture-learning game using Unity, we anticipate encountering both challenges and rewards. We will meticulously plan the game mechanics and features, ensuring they align with our objectives of teaching Tamil language, pronunciation, and culture through interactive experiences.

Utilizing Unity, I have initiated the development process by creating the core framework for the game and integrating AR technology to provide immersive learning environments. Users will be taught words using images, to ease the language learning process.

The initial Prototype shown in the video has been completely made by me.

One of the significant challenges we anticipate will be optimizing the AR functionalities to ensure smooth performance across various devices. Debugging and troubleshooting will become integral parts of our development process as we work to overcome compatibility issues and enhance user experience.
Additionally, integrating traditional Tamil games into the digital framework will pose its own set of challenges. We will need to balance authenticity with accessibility, ensuring that these games are enjoyable and educational for a modern audience.

Despite the hurdles, our team's dedication and perseverance paid off as we became the sole representatives from our university to advance to the finals in the Tamil gamification category of the hackathon. The opportunity to showcase our project in Chennai for the finals, with travel and accommodation provided by the competition, was an invaluable experience.

Although we didn't emerge victorious in the finals, the journey itself was incredibly enriching. We learned invaluable lessons in teamwork, problem-solving, and project management, setting a strong foundation for future endeavours in game development and educational technology.
Update
I have stopped with the Development of the game due to Time Constraints.
